Why I Created The 911 Ready Protocol
After more than 20 years in EMS and healthcare, including experience in one of the busiest 911 systems in the world through FDNY/NYC EMS, I saw too many new & experienced providers struggle silently with confidence, burnout, stress, emotional exhaustion, poor mentorship, and the pressure that comes with serving others under difficult conditions.
I created these free resources to help EMTs and paramedics become calmer, more prepared, more resilient, and more grounded both on and off the truck.
This is bigger than just doing the job.
The goal is to help raise the standard in EMS while helping providers protect their mindset, professionalism, health, relationships, and purpose.
